These are Clipshi platform terms and policies. They are a working draft provided for transparency and may be updated. They do not replace independent legal advice.
Information we collect
- Account details: email, display name, country, timezone, currency and role.
- Campaign and submission data: briefs, budgets, clip links, view metrics and review notes.
- Connected account data: for Instagram, your account ID, username and access token, stored securely and used only to read metrics for your Reels.
- Financial records: ledger entries, funding payments and withdrawal details you provide.
How we use it
- To run the marketplace, verify views and calculate earnings.
- To detect fraud and keep the platform fair.
- To process campaign funding and withdrawals.
- To send account and transaction notifications.
Sharing
Clipshi doesn't sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run Clipshi (hosting, authentication, payment processing, platform APIs), or where required by law. Creators see clip links and performance for their campaigns, not clippers' private details.
Your choices
You can update your profile, disconnect Instagram, and request account deletion through support.
Security
Access to data is restricted by role, and secrets and access tokens are stored server-side only.
