Terms of Service

These are Clipshi platform terms and policies. They are a working draft provided for transparency and may be updated. They do not replace independent legal advice.

1. The service

Clipshi is an online marketplace that connects creators and brands ("Creators") who fund performance-based campaigns with clippers ("Clippers") who create and publish short-form content for those campaigns.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You must be legally able to enter into these terms where you live.
• One person or business may not use multiple accounts to get around limits or reviews.
• Clipshi may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Campaigns

Creators set campaign briefs, reward rates and budgets, and must fund campaigns before they go live. Clipshi may review, approve, pause or reject campaigns that break the Campaign Rules.

4. Clips and earnings

Clippers earn only for views that Clipshi verifies and approves. Clipshi may reject clips, adjust approved views with a recorded reason, or withhold earnings connected to fraud or rule violations. Estimates shown before approval are not guaranteed.

5. Content and rights

You keep ownership of content you create. You confirm you have the rights to the content you post and submit, including any source material provided by a Creator for the campaign.

6. Payments and withdrawals

Campaign funding, fees and withdrawals follow the Pricing / Fees page and the Refund Policy. Withdrawals are reviewed before they are paid.

7. Third-party platforms

Clipshi relies on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. Clipshi isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them and isn't responsible for their availability, data or decisions.

8. Limitation

Clipshi is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Clipshi isn't liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by third-party platforms or by users breaking these terms.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
